Uniontown Poultry Association 2022 Fall Show

This is a SINGLE CARD TWO DAY Show!

The entry DEADLINE is Monday, October 7th. All entries must be post marked by this date.

You will also need to submit the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Official Owner Endorsed Poultry Health Certificate for all Exhibition Poultry, Waterfowl, and Pigeons.

For rabbits you will need to fill out the Animal Owner or Caretaker's Verification of Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship form.

Below are the entry forms for the different departments. These forms MUST be printed, then filled out and mailed, this website does not allow for online entries. Please mail your entries and entry fees to;

Entry fees are $3.75 per entry per show, this includes a $0.25 clean up fee per entry.

We are hosting a Fall Banquet for exhibitors and the exhibitor's guests. The Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 5:00 pm on the Fayette County Fairgrounds. Below is the form for reservations to our Banquet.
